Our terms and
conditions are as follows:
Terms & Conditions – Online Gift Delivery in
Pakistan
1. Delivery Coverage & Availability
Same-day delivery is available in all major
cities of Pakistan. For smaller cities and
remote areas, delivery is available on the next
business day only. The order form will
automatically display the first available
delivery date based on the selected city.
2. Payment Information & Order Processing
Customers must ensure that all payment details
are accurate to avoid delays in order
processing. For assistance regarding delivery
options, payment issues, or terms and
conditions, customers may contact our customer
support team, who are committed to ensuring a
smooth online shopping experience.
3. Billing, Currency & Charges
All transactions paid in U.S. Dollars (USD) are
processed through our U.S. merchant bank account
and will appear on credit card statements as
Pakistan Gift Courier Inc.
All international and foreign currency
transactions are billed in the customers local
currency, as displayed on the website at
checkout.
4. Order Confirmation & Customer Responsibility
Once an order is successfully placed, a
confirmation email containing order details and
the estimated delivery timeline will be sent.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all
information provided including recipient details
is correct to avoid delivery delays.
5. Right to Cancel Orders
PakistanGiftonline reserves the right to cancel
any order under the following circumstances:
(a) Failure to provide requested customer
verification
(b) Orders that do not pass internal security or
fraud checks
6. Product Availability & Limitations
We strive to deliver the exact product ordered.
However, due to factors beyond our control such
as regional availability, supplier limitations,
or seasonal constraints exact replication may
not always be possible.
7. Product Images & Presentation Disclaimer
All product images are displayed for
illustration purposes only. We deliver to over
88 cities in Pakistan, and product presentation
may vary depending on the city and supplier.
Despite visual variations, we fully guarantee
the quality and quantity as mentioned on our
website.
8. Substitution Policy
In the event of product unavailability, we
reserve the right to provide substitute items of
equal or higher value. Substitutions may
include:
(a) Flower types or colors
(b) Cake flavors or sizes (e.g., one large cake
replaced with two smaller cakes)
(c) Alternative suppliers
(d) Clothing, toys, or food basket items
9. Special Requests & Instructions
Customers may submit special delivery requests
(such as preferred delivery time, cake flavor,
or fruit selection) in the order form. These
requests are not guaranteed, and failure to
fulfill them does not qualify for cancellation
or refund.
10. Same-Day Delivery Policy in Pakistan
Same-day gift delivery in major cities is
available for orders placed before 2:00 PM
Pakistan Standard Time.
During peak occasions such as Eid, Valentine’s
Day, and Mother’s Day, same-day delivery may be
offered subject to availability. Orders placed
after 6:00 AM (Pakistan Time) may only be
fulfilled if market supplies are available.
Customers are advised to contact us via WhatsApp
before placing same-day orders after this time.
11. Supply Constraints & Partial Deliveries
In case of supply shortages, we reserve the
right to change flower colors or cake flavors
and to deliver items in separate shipments, if
required.
12. Quality Complaints, Replacements & Returns
We work with some of the best suppliers in
Pakistan. If a customer is dissatisfied with
product quality, they must contact us within 2
days of delivery, providing the order number and
complaint details.
Refunds are not offered; only replacements may
be approved
Returned items must be unused and in original
condition
Complaints for food meals and Dunkin’ Donuts are
not accepted, as these items cannot be
pre-tested and are not eligible for replacement
13. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if we fail to
deliver the order on the selected delivery date.
If an order is delayed due to an incorrect
address or phone number provided by the
customer, no refund will be issued. The order
will be redelivered the following day, and all
freshness and quality guarantees will be void
due to storage limitations.
14. Email Marketing & Mailing List Consent
By placing an order, customers agree to receive
promotional emails and event reminders. We send
approximately 6–7 emails per year, and every
email includes an unsubscribe option.
15. Greeting Cards Policy
Greeting cards are subject to availability and
may be replaced with an alternative printed
message if unavailable.
16. Delivery Timings & Midnight Delivery
We do not offer time-specific deliveries.
Standard delivery hours are from 11:30 AM to
8:30 PM, and in some cases may extend up to 9:30
PM (Pakistan Standard Time).
Midnight delivery in Pakistan is available at an
additional charge of USD 7.
17. Friday & Sunday Delivery Notice
On Fridays and Sundays, deliveries may begin
after 2:00 PM, as certain suppliers operate
later on these days.
18. Cake Message Disclaimer
We understand that customers may wish to include
personalized messages on cakes; however, we do
not offer cake message writing. This decision is
made to maintain product quality, as handwritten
messages may contain spelling errors by vendors,
involve the use of old icing that can negatively
affect the taste of the cake, and may melt
during transit, thereby compromising the overall
appearance and presentation of the cake.
